National Service Scheme was started in the year 2014 at KSU. Since then, NSS has conducted and successfully organised various programmes in Campus and 13 affiliated NSS college units. Some of the programmes that are organized by the NSS at KSU are as follows:
• Organizing special awareness programs coinciding with World Environmental Day and World Yoga Day
• Organizing cultural activities and special camps to spread awareness on swacha bharath andolana.
• Organizing blood donation camps
• Adoption of villages, youth camp
